It was really important for me and my wife to speak to the person who would be taking our money for a charter. After all, I didn’t want there to be any language barriers. So I called several of the people that I found on the internet and a couple days later there was still no return call. So I went online again and picked several more charter services. Much to my surprise, I received a call back almost immediately from Yachts Cancun Luxury Charters. The person who I spoke with spoke perfect English and had a New York accent. That is when I found out that they were based out of the US, and the owners were from Canada and Mexico as well. This was an instant boost to my confidence. Fast forward to the charter, my wife and I had a blast! All of our expectations were exceeded from pick up to drop off, we had a wonderful time. We particularly enjoyed snorkeling the underwater museum and the amazing ceviche prepared for us on the boat.
