This was the best yacht trip that I never got to take. It was mine and my wife’s 50th wedding anniversary, and our whole family had decided to meet in Cancun to celebrate this magnificent occasion. Unfortunately, on the day of our celebration, it was one of those rare days in Cancun where the weather was horrible. Alex, our yacht valet, didn’t hesitate to cancel the trip and offered to put it off until the following day. This wasn’t possible since most of the family were scheduled to fly back to their homes. Not only was Alex able to find an alternative location to celebrate our Anniversary, but he provided the cake at no additional cost, and this was no ordinary cake! I was even more shocked to see that all of our deposit had been returned and in my Paypal account when I checked after arriving home.
