Is food catering available on all charters?

A.

Catering is always included.  We can also provide a more in depth menu upon request, please contact us for different options and prices.

Can we bring drinks on the boat?

A.

Yes. You are allowed to bring your own beverages. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your yacht booking, but you are allowed to bring additional or unique beverages as well.

Can we go snorkeling or do any other water activities?

A.

Yes you may go snorkeling, jet skiing, wake boarding or any other water activities you enjoy. Most sporting equipment is provided gratus, and our captains are very knowledgeable when it comes to the best areas where you can go to do each activity.

What do you mean by HALF DAY & FULL DAY?

A.

Half Day means 4hrs, and Full Day means 8Hrs. Extra hours will be charged separately.

What is your cancellation policy?

A.

If cancellation is due to weather we will refund 100% of your money. If cancellation is on the date of your charter there will be no refund.   All cancellations must be given with at least 24 hours notice.

How do we get to our charter?

A.

We can arrange for transportation for you or you can arrange it yourself.  Ours is typically less costly.

How should we reserve the yacht.

A.

Reserving a yacht is simple.  We send you an invoice, and you make a payment via paypal or credit card.

How can I get a referral gift?

A.

You can get a referral gift when you send a friend to us, and do a reservation for any of our boats! Each referral is $150.00 towards your next charter, and is not limited to yachts.
